The IFI trip to Washington, D.C. will be Saturday, March 7 – Wednesday, March 11. We will see the national and historic sites of the USA. This trip provides the opportunity to stay with a local host family and tour sites such as the National Archives (see the Declaration of Independence and other historic items), the Capitol Building, world famous Smithsonian museums, National Art Galleries, War Memorials, visit an American Church with your host family, take pictures in front of the White House and much more. The cost is only $300 and includes transportation to and from DC, housing and most meals. Please note, because we will be walking many miles day after day, this trip is not suitable for children under 16.
